§ 110.78 ICE CREAM MANUFACTURERS.
   (A)   License required. It shall be unlawful to engage in the manufacture for wholesale distribution of ice cream without having obtained a license. Applications for licenses shall be made to the City Clerk and shall conform to the general provisions relating to applications for licenses.
   (B)   Sanitary regulations. All premises used for such manufacture shall be kept in clean and sanitary condition. All employees whose duties bring them into contact with food and materials used in the manufacture of ice cream shall keep themselves clean both as to person and clothing. It shall be unlawful to employ anyone infected with a contagious disease in such establishment.
   (C)   Materials. It shall be unlawful to use any material which, as a part of the produce, may be harmful to health or any material which is adulterated. All milk used in the manufacture of ice cream shall be of a standard which may be sold at retail under the provisions of the city ordinances.
   (D)   Inspections. The Health Commissioner shall make inspections necessary under the provisions of this article for its enforcement.
