§ 110.75 MILK VENDING MACHINES.
   (A)   License required. No person shall sell, or offer for sale, milk through a milk vending machine or an automatic or semiautomatic coin-operated device which vends or delivers milk for human con-sumption without having a license to sell through such machine. Application for the license shall comply with the requirements for licenses and shall designate the location of such machine.
   (B)   Regulations.
      (1)   Premises on which the machine is located shall be kept in a clean sanitary condition free from refuse, flies, vermin, and rodents.
      (2)   No milk shall be kept in or sold from a machine that does not comply with the provisions of this chapter relating to the sale of milk. Temperature in the storage compartment shall be maintained at no less than 33°F nor more than 50°F. Whenever the temperature varies from such limits, all milk in the storage compartment shall be removed and it shall be unlawful to sell the milk for human consumption.
      (3)   Each machine shall bear a legible notice of the telephone number and address of an agent of the licensee to contact if the machine is observed to be defective or does not deliver milk when coins are inserted in accordance with directions.
      (4)   The space where the milk vending machine is installed shall be equipped with a concrete platform in front of the machine, with an area equal to the area of the base of the machine, and with a water connection available for cleaning the premises. Each milk vending machine shall be equipped with a thermometer showing the inside temperature but which can be read from the outside of the machine and each machine shall be lighted at night. There shall be a telephone on or convenient to the premises unless there is an attendant in charge of the machine at all times it is available for use. The milk vending machine shall be located in compliance with the ordinances relative to the location of buildings on the premises.
      (5)   The milk vending machine shall be surrounded by an adequate screen to keep out flies and vermin between May 1 and September 30 of each year while in use or available for use.
