§ 110.29 HEARING AND PENALTY.
   (A)   Any licensee found guilty of violating this subchapter or other provisions of the City Code of Ordinances shall be subject to a fine of not less than $1,000 plus costs for each separate violation. Every day a violation exists will be considered a separate and distinct violation subject to imposition of a fine not less than $1,000 per day for each day of the violation has been found to exist.
   (B)   Upon the charge and notification to a licensee, the VG Commission shall conduct a hearing and determine whether the licensee violated the provisions of this subchapter or other provisions of the city Code of Ordinances. In addition to any fine imposed, the VG Commission may suspend or revoke any video gaming license issued pursuant to this subchapter.
   (C)   In addition to the penalties provided herein, the Mayor as Local Liquor Commissioner may also initiate an appropriate proceeding pursuant to the applicable provisions of Chapter 111 of the City's Code of Ordinances to revoke or suspend the liquor license of a licensee or impose a fine against the licensee.
