§ 110.26 MAXIMUM VIDEO GAMING OPERATOR LICENSE.
   (A)   The number of establishments with a Class N liquor license authorized to operate video gaming terminals within the corporate limits of the city shall not exceed two.
   (B)   For all other liquor licensed establishments, the number of establishments authorized to operate video gaming terminals within the corporate limits of the city shall not exceed 18.
