(A) VG distributor license shall authorize the license holder to distribute, sell, lease, supply, deliver, or place video gaming terminals to liquor licensed establishments or a licensed truck stop establishment or a licensed large truck stop as defined under the Illinois Video Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, § 5, in the city.
(B) VG distributor's list. Each VG distributor licensed under this subchapter shall maintain a current list of all liquor licensed premises in which the distributor owns, has sold, leased out, supplied, or delivered any video gambling terminals in the city. Such list shall be submitted with the application for VG distributor license.
(C) Application. Any person desiring to distribute, sell, lease out, or supply video gaming terminals in the city shall submit an application to the city on a form to be provided by the city.
