§ 92.02 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH NOTICE.

If any person shall refuse or neglect to comply with such notice, the chairman of the committee on streets and alleys shall cause the trees to be trimmed, and the person refusing or neglecting shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 10.99 for each offense.
