§ 90.32 HUNTING AND TRAPPING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall hunt, shoot, pursue, lure, trap, kill, destroy, capture, gig or spear, ensnare, or harass any bird or mammal.
   (B)   Trapping of nuisance wild life, except pigeons and English Starlings, is prohibited unless done by an agency possessing a field agreement from the Illinois Department of Conservation.
