(A) No person shall own or harbor more than the following number of dogs and cats or a combination thereof in any zoned residential district: a maximum number of a combination of four dogs and/or cats but no more than three dogs or three cats in any residence.
(B) No person shall own or harbor more than two rabbits, two ferrets or two guinea pigs in any residential unit.
