§ 74.14 LIGHTS AND REFLECTORS.
   No bicycle shall be ridden upon any street during a period from sunset to sunrise without displaying at least one white lamp emitting a light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the front of the bicycle and with a red reflector on the rear with a minimum diameter of two inches and visible from a distance of at least 50 feet to the rear. A red tail-light powered by a battery or generator may be used in addition to the rear reflector.
