The parking zone hours shall be in effect in parking zones between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday of each week. Public holidays and Sundays are excepted. The hours when parking limitations shall be indicated by appropriate signs posted in proximity to such zones.
