§ 70.29 NON-REGISTERED VEHICLES.
   No person, owner, or operator of a vehicle shall park or stand any vehicle on the public streets, parkway, or sidewalk of the city unless there shall be attached thereto and be displayed thereon proper evidence of registration in the state, as follows:
   (A)   A vehicle required to be registered in a state. A current and valid state registration sticker or stickers and plate or plates, or a state temporary registration permit, or a driveway decal or in-transit permit, issued therefor by the Secretary of State; or
   (B)   A vehicle eligible for reciprocity. A current and valid reciprocal foreign registration plate or plates properly issued to such vehicle or a temporary registration issued therefor, by the reciprocal state, and, in addition, when required by the Secretary, a current and valid state reciprocity permit or prorate decal issued therefor by the Secretary of State.
