(A) Building drains. All new buildings which have basement floors, rooms or habitable spaces located below the ground level at the building site shall have overhead building drains. New buildings, for the purposes of this section, shall not include any addition or repairs to existing structures.
(B) Building sewer. All new buildings shall locate and elevate the building sewer in accordance with the Illinois Plumbing Code as established and adopted by the Illinois Department of Public Health under the Illinois Administration Code, Title 77 Chapter 1, Subchapter R.
