§ 50.73 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency ("Illinois EPA") in which the city assumes responsibility for tracking remediated sites, notifying the Illinois EPA of changes to this subchapter, and taking certain precautions when siting public potable water supply wells.
