§ 50.71 USE OF GROUNDWATER AS A POTABLE WATER SUPPLY PROHIBITED.
   Except for such use or methods in existence before the effective date of this section, the use or attempt to use groundwater as a potable water supply is hereby prohibited except at points of withdrawal by the city.
