§ 1022.12 ASSESSMENTS.

Bills issued under § 1022.11 shall be payable within 30 days from the date of such bills. Bills not paid within 30 days shall be reported to Council for assessment against the abutting property in conformity with Ohio R.C. Chapter 729.
