§ 1022.08 FILING OF PROTESTS WITH VILLAGE ENGINEER.

Any protest regarding sidewalk construction, reconstruction or repair, or the assessment therefore, shall be filed in writing with the Village Engineer, who shall notify the person filing such protest of the date and place of the hearing before the Housing Appeals Board.
