The notice provided for in §§ 1022.02 and 1022.03 shall identify the property and shall give the location of the sidewalk and the period of time allowed to the property owner to have the work done by private contract. Such time shall be reasonable, but shall be not less than 45 days from the date of service of the notice or the mailing of the certified mail notice provided for in § 1022.02.
