§ 248.14 ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL; PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
   Temporary or permanent help may be added in the Department of Service with the approval of Council. Permanent help shall be on a three-month probationary period. After the probationary period, the top rate of the employee’s job classification shall be granted. During the probationary period, the employee shall not qualify for benefits, with the exception of hospitalization.
