§ 248.12 GRIEVANCES.
   An employee in the Department of Service who claims a grievance shall present such grievance to his or her foreperson within three working days after the occurrence upon which the grievance is based. Such employee may present the grievance in the presence of a designated representative so elected among Department employees. The foreperson shall discuss the grievance with the employee and the Department representative as soon as possible. If the employee is not satisfied, he or she may proceed to the Administrator and, if not satisfied with the Administrator’s answer, may then proceed to the Mayor.
