The village, its Village Clerk-Treasurer and Village Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to take part in the State Treasurer’s Investment Pool (also known as the Star Ohio Program), as established by Ohio R.C. § 135.45, and to deposit such village moneys as may be appropriate in that fund for the purpose of increasing the rate of return to the village on its deposits.
