Each full-time employee of the Fire Department shall be eligible to take part in a tuition reimbursement program sponsored by the village, as set forth in the tuition reimbursement policy promulgated by the Village Administrator. The policy shall be available upon request from the Village Administrator who shall also cause the policy to be widely circulated among village departments and employees.
