§ 246.09 EMERGENCY FIRE ALARMS OR DRILLS.
   On-duty personnel shall participate in all emergency incidents and trainings during their on duty shift. In the event of a training or meeting requiring their attendance during off duty hours, compensation shall be at the applicable rate of overtime compensation for the hours worked in excess of 212 hours in 28 days. Full-time and part-time personnel shall not be volunteer members of the Fire Department, neither shall they respond to alarms when off duty except as directed by the Fire Chief through standard operating policy or when a recall of personnel has been issued.
