§ 1480.12 NUISANCES; ORDERS TO VACATE; REPAIRS BY HOUSING INSPECTOR.
   All dangerous dwellings or parts thereof, as set forth in § 1480.11, are hereby declared to be public nuisances and shall be vacated and repaired as follows:
   (a)   If the dangerous dwelling is in such a condition as to make it dangerous to the health, morals, safety or general welfare of its occupants, it shall be ordered to be vacated and shall be vacated in accordance with § 1480.15 and shall not be occupied after vacation until approval is given, in writing, by the Housing Inspector.
   (b)   If the dangerous dwelling is vacated and not repaired by the owner as ordered by the Housing Inspector, the Housing Inspector shall cause such repairs to be made in accordance with § 1480.15.
