Editor’s note:
The municipality is part of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati. The municipality contracts with the Board of County Commissioners for the collection of sewerage service charges. Copies of the Agreement, dated December 19, 2005, and of all relevant legislation are available, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
