Sewerage service charges established by the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati are payable at the office of the Village Administrator at the same time as the water bills for the lot, parcel of land, building, or premises are payable. Payments for water shall not be accepted unless payment for the sewerage service charges is made at the same time. Any delinquent water bill, including the amounts owed for sewerage service charges, is subject to a penalty of ten percent of the bill, compounded monthly.
