§ 9-5-29 APPLICATION OF UTILITY BILL PAYMENTS.

Any payments received by the city for the payment of utility bills shall be applied to the outstanding balances of service charges in the following order:

(A) Fines, penalties or assessments;

(B) Garbage charges;

(D) Water charges.
