(A) In addition to any other remedies available to the city by law, administration of the provisions of this chapter, including abatement of unlawful property nuisances pursuant to administrative authority, may be accomplished consistent with procedures set forth in Title 1, Chapter 18, Administrative Citations, of this code or consistent with the zoning regulations of this code.
(B) Pursuant to Title 1, Chapter 19 of this code, the City Manager and his or her designee(s) may cause the abatement of any nuisance, as defined in this chapter, and may collect the expense of such abatement as provided therein.
(C) The provisions of this section shall not in any manner limit or restrict the city or the City Attorney from enforcing this code or abating property nuisances in any other manner provided by law.
