§ 7-1-6 ANIMAL CONTROL DIVISION.
   (A)   The Animal Control Division is created.
   (B)   The Director of Public Safety/Chief of Police, under the direction of the City Manager, shall be responsible for the management, administration, and provision of the Animal Control Division.
