§ 4-7-14 SEVERABILITY.
   If any one or more of the terms, provision or sections of this chapter shall to any extent be adjudged invalid, unenforceable or void, by a court of competent jurisdiction, each and all of the remaining terms, provisions and sections of this chapter shall not be affected thereby and shall be valid and enforceable.
