§ 1-8-1 ELECTION PRECINCT ESTABLISHED.
   The city, for the purpose of election of officers thereof and for any other purpose for which an election may be lawfully held by the city, is hereby consolidated into one precinct to be known as “Livingston municipal election precinct number one”. Said precinct shall comprise all of the city.
