(A) City Clerk. The salary of the City Clerk shall be the sum of $1,200 per year, payable by $100 per month on the first day of each and every month.
(B) City Treasurer. Effective May 1, 1956, the salary of the City Treasurer shall be the sum of $720 per year, payable $60 per month on the first day of each and every month.
(C) Generally. The compensation of all other appointive officers shall be fixed by the City Council and may be changed from time to time by motion duly carried and entered upon its minutes.
