§ 3-13-3 PENALTY.
   Violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day or portion thereof which any violation of this chapter shall be committed, continued or permitted to occur. Any person violating any provision of this chapter or failing to comply with any of its requirements shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in § 1-4-1 of this code.
