§ 3-8-6 OPERATING A BUSINESS WITHOUT COMPLIANCE A MISDEMEANOR.
   The conducting, maintaining or carrying on in the city of any automobile wrecking establishment, junk business or house wrecking establishment without securing a license or permit therefor from the city, or in or upon a building or premises other than as required by this chapter is declared to be a misdemeanor and punishable as such.
