For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTOMOBILE WRECKING ESTABLISHMENT. A place where used machinery or automobiles are dismantled and the usable parts thereof are offered for sale.
HOUSE WRECKING ESTABLISHMENT. A place where used lumber, used building materials and used plumbing or electrical equipment of the type recovered from dismantled houses or buildings are collected and kept or offered for sale.
JUNK BUSINESS. A place where pieces of old metal, paper, glass, rubber and other old materials commonly known as junk are collected and kept or offered for sale.
