§ 11-2-11 UNLAWFUL USE OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES, SCOOTER OR ANY OTHER DEVICE OR TOY PROPELLED BY HUMAN POWER, OTHER THAN A BICYCLE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to ride any of the above mentioned devices upon Main Street, Livingston-Cressey, Davis Street and/or Walnut roadways within the city limits, or upon the sidewalks or roadways of any business district therein, or upon any tennis court or park maintained by the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to use ramps and the like to jump from sidewalk curbs to the street or to jump from the street to the sidewalks, or to use any other means to propel skateboards, roller skates, scooters or bicycles or any other device or toy propelled by human power into the air or over any other object within the city limits.
