§ 10-6-16 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMIT.

After following the procedure in § 10-6-11 of this chapter, the Police Chief may revoke or suspend an escort or figure model permit for conviction of any of the crimes specified in § 10-6-14(C)5. and (C)6. of this chapter. The decision of the Police Chief shall be in writing and shall be mailed postage prepaid to the escort or figure model.
