§ 10-5-7 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding the sum of $300 or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 180 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
