§ 10-3-6 INTERFERENCE AND OBSTRUCTION OF ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS.
   Any person who resists, delays, obstructs or interferes with an animal control officer while said officer is performing his or her duties as an animal control officer shall be guilty of the Cal. Penal Code § 148.
