§ 72.03 TAXICABS PARKING IN ONE BLOCK; RESTRICTIONS.
   Not more than two taxicabs owned by the same company shall be parked in one block at the same time, except taxicabs as may be parked in established taxi stands as set out in § 72.28 of this code.
