(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) If any person shall violate an ordinance regulating the operation or parking of vehicles, he or she shall be required to pay a civil penalty of not more than $100 per G.S. § 14-4(b).
(C) (1) A warrant shall be issued for any person cited for violation of any of the regulations in § 70.02 of this code and who fails to pay the penalties provided.
(2) No state tax shall be paid to the state in cases disposed of by this division (C).
(3) All penalties collected under this division (C) shall be paid into the General Fund of the town.
