§ 71.110 CLINGING TO VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller-skates or any toy vehicle, shall not attach the same, or himself or herself, to any public conveyance or moving vehicle upon any roadway.
