Complaints regarding the violation of the terms of a contract entered into for exclusive franchise agreement by the contractor shall be directed to the contractor by the village in writing and the contractor shall have 30 days within which to correct said violations. If violations are not corrected, then the Village Board of Trustees may vote to revoke said contract at a regular or special Village Board of Trustees meeting, providing that the contractor has been given notice of by certified mail at least seven days prior to such meeting. Revocation of said contract shall be deemed effective by sending such notice to the contractor, by certified mail, stating the date that service is terminated, after the Village Board of Trustees has voted for revocation.
