(A) Each customer who is served by the municipal solid waste collection service shall pay a basic monthly rate. Each customer shall be liable for the basic monthly rate unless a notification has been filed with the village office to discontinue service.
(B) Bills for solid waste collection and disposal shall be rendered and collected as provided in § 51.27 of this code. Any additional service which is required by any customer shall be negotiated between the customer and the contractor and shall be at the customer’s own expense. Customers shall provide access to their property so that the contractor can use its equipment to collect solid wastes.
