Bills for solid waste removal service shall be due and payable monthly at the office of the Municipal Clerk. The governing body has the power and authority to fix the rates to be paid for solid waste removal service. Service fees shall be a part of a joint utilities bill and shall be collected in conjunction with the water bill by following the procedures set forth in § 50.01 of this code. In the event that a customer fails to pay his or her garbage bill as required, the bill shall be deemed delinquent and subject to the provisions of § 50.02 of this code. Effective date of service is September 1, 1993.
