§ 53.02 HAULING METHOD.

The hauling of garbage or refuse shall be in appropriately encased vehicles or containers and handled in such a way that none of the garbage or refuse shall drop, spill, or scatter or be permitted to drop, spill, or scatter upon any street or public place.
