§ 53.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARBAGE. Rejected food wastes, including every refuse accumulation of animal, fruit, or vegetable matter used or intended for food, or that attends the preparation, use, cooking, dealing in, or storing of meat, fish, fowl, fruit, or vegetables.
   REFUSE. Ashes, tin cans, broken crockery, glassware, bottles, rubbish, junk, liquid waste, wastepaper, and like materials.
