§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   General. Violation of any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Cross-connections. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 52.15 et seq. shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation exists shall be considered a separate offense. This penalty may be invoked as an alternative to or as an addition to any other penalties provided for in § 52.25 of this code.
   (C)   Unauthorized use of lake water. 
      (1)   All persons or entities in violation of § 52.03 shall be fined a sum not to exceed $750.
      (2)   Each day that a violation occurs shall be considered a separate offense.
