§ 52.47 DUTIES.
   (A)   The Superintendent shall perform such duties as shall be provided for by ordinance, or as shall be assigned to him or her by the Council or any committee of the Council pertaining to the Department.
   (B)   The Superintendent shall devote his or her entire time to the performance of his or her duties.
