§ 52.46 MONTHLY REPORT TO COUNCIL.
   The Superintendent shall, on the first of each month, report in writing to the City Council all of his or her acts and doings as Superintendent, and this report shall show in detail all monies received or paid out by him or her, if any, and all purchases of merchandise, supplies, or equipment, if any, made by him or her.
