§ 33.15 APPOINTMENT OF POLICE CHIEF AND FIRE CHIEF.
   The Mayor shall have the authority to appoint and remove the Chief of the Police Department (Police Chief) and the Chief of the Fire Department (Fire Chief) with the advice and consent of the City Council.
